Instructions to upgrade iOS SDK version to 9.0

Onegini iOS SDK is now distributed as a dynamic framework. When upgrading from an older SDK version please:

• refer to getting started guide in order to make sure that the SDK is linked correctly.
• update your iOS Application Signature Calculator to version 1.4.0 or higher, previous versions will not be able to calculate signature of a dynamic framework.
