SMS Sending Configuration

Basic SMS sending can be configured via environment properties.

Alphanumeric Sender ID using custom messages

It can be configured using Custom Messages in the admin panel with key sms.sender.id. For the list of countries that support alphanumeric sender id, please refer to:

This feature is when using the Twilio SMS provider & CM SMS provider. CM Does support alphanumeric Sender IDs, but this cannot be configured through a custom message.
