Events

Onegini Customer Service provides a comprehensive overview of recent events that can be accessed when searching for users. The occurrence of specific events may vary depending on the system configuration. Each event's name is designed to convey its purpose clearly. While the following list offers detailed descriptions of a selection for events, it is by no means exhaustive.

Please note that this list is subject to change, as the platform continually evolves to meet the dynamic needs of our users.

Event Description
IdentityProviderLoginSucceededEvent Triggered upon successful user login, indicating a successful authentication.
SessionLoginSucceededEvent Triggered with the IdentityProviderLoginSucceededEvent if there isn’t an existing session for this user.
AuthenticationTokensRemovedEvent Triggered when a user updates their password, and it results in the deletion of their existing authentication tokens, rendering the old password invalid for login.
PersonAttributeVerifiedEvent Triggered when a person's attribute, such as email address and phone number, is successfully verified. We do not indicate which attribute is verified.
AttributeVerificationFailedEvent Triggered when attribute verification fails, which happens when the link or the used verification code is invalid or the max attempts were reached.
VerificationCodeCreatedEvent Triggered when a verification code, for attribute verification, is generated for a person for the first time, and the code-based verification method was used.
AttributesUpdatedEvent Triggered whenever one or more (custom) attributes of a person are updated. We do not report which attributes were updated.
